He is now CEO of SayPeter, an AI agent that lets anyone without technical skills build and run a business straight from WhatsApp.

🎤 Dominika Repcikova is the founder and CEO of The Iron Bar, a Luxembourg company building functional food for women's health. Slovak-born and Luxembourg-based, she holds an MSc in neuroscience and a PhD spanning clinical psychology and immunogenetics. After years in academia, she moved into building - drawn by ownership and by a problem she had lived herself: iron deficiency affects one in three women worldwide, and the standard pills are so poorly tolerated that most women stop taking them. She imagines a world where iron deficiency isn't a period-specific medical taboo, but an enjoyable part of every woman's lifestyle. Her first product, Pure Iron, delivers a full daily dose of gentle iron in a white chocolate-coated bar. Apart from building, she enjoys public speaking, lifelong learning, and skill development.

Monica is a co-founder of Trace Crystal, a deep tech startup building the trust layer between physical objects and digital systems. With a background spanning physics, materials science, and computer science, she operates at the intersection of these fields.
After years in academia, she made the leap into the startup world, drawn by the pace, the ownership, and the proximity to real problems. Since founding Trace Crystal, she has built its digital infrastructure and secured €300K in public grants. Her focus: applied cryptography and cybersecurity, applied to the physical world.
Pet Pro Booking
Pet Pro Booking was born from Johanna’s personal experience of losing her cat, Livy, following inadequate veterinary care. After speaking with other pet owners and professionals, she realised how difficult it can be to identify trustworthy pet-care providers—and how many dedicated professionals struggle to stand out.
Together with Morgan, Johanna created Pet Pro Booking to connect pet owners with trusted professionals and build a community where animal lovers feel informed, supported and empowered.
Johanna brings an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, professional experience at companies including BIL, ARHS and Amazon, and five years of hands-on experience in pet sitting and dog walking. Morgan is an experienced technology entrepreneur and analyst programmer who previously founded and managed an IT consultancy company.
Their vision is to raise pet-care standards and make reliable, high-quality pet services easier for everyone to find.
SerenityForesight
David is the founder of SerenityForesight, a cybersecurity startup founded in Luxembourg in 2026. An engineer by training, his background spans engineering, business development, project management and leadership across IT & cybersecurity, aerospace and automotive.
He holds Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Management, Technology & Entrepreneurship from EPFL. Throughout his career, he has worked at the intersection of complex technology, business needs and multidisciplinary teams.
His focus: moving cybersecurity from reacting to incidents toward anticipating risk — and helping organizations build resilience before incidents occur.
